United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail:
All orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. This is our standard shipping partner. Currently we do not offer any other shipping method to our customers. Please know Priority mail generally takes 2 or more days to deliver a shipment.
Tracking information for USPS Priority mail will only be sent to customer after a shipment is deemed to be lost in the mail. This is only a simple delivery confirmation and nothing more.
We now have the ability to automatically notify you when your order status changes. Once your order is placed it if flagged as 'Order Received'. When we deem that payment is captured and there are no relevant issues with your order we will update it's status to 'Processing'. Upon completion of your order we will ship via your specified carrier and mark your order as 'Shipped'
Each time the status of your order is updated, we will send you an automated email keeping you up to speed with where your order is at.
